Dragoon by Lay Waste Games is an action board game for 2 to 4 players with a continually evolving landscape. Town and city tiles populate the game board during each round by utilizing a framework of system coordinates.  Players must pick between towns and cities that pay them tribute, or annihilating them for gold rewards.  Players of Dragoon challenge different players in monster to monster battles before their domain is ruined or their wealth is stolen. Players continue playing until all of their gold coins have been taken away.

Dragoon Board Game by Lay Waste Games

The goal of Dragoon is to be the first dragon to fill their cave with 50 gold.  Gold is accumulated by destroying towns and cities, through fighting other dragons, or by stealing it from caves.  The location of villages and cities is determined by rolling dice.  Players claim a village or city population by standing on it and having the appropriate action and totem.  Likewise cities can be destroyed by standing on them and having the correct action card.  The Dragoon game box comes with a map, travel bag, dragons, caves, skulls, totems, dice, treasure chest, cards, and a rulebook.

So far Lay Waste Games has raised $118,172 through a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for its Dragoon board game expansion.  The Dragoon Rogue and Barbarian Expansion commenced crowdfunding on March 9, 2017 and reached its initial funding goal of $14,000 on the same day.
